PROMOTIONAL CODES

PAYMENTS

Caparal.com supports the following payment methods:

If payment confirmation is not received by Caparal.com within three (3) days, the order will be automatically canceled. Caparal.com takes no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from incorrect shipping or payment information provided by the customer or wrong remittance. We reserve the right to verify the customer's authorization for a certain payment method and may suspend or cancel the relevant transaction if such authorization is not confirmed.

REFUND OF PAYMENTS

All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds will be made via bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to us or check pick-up on the preferred branch of the store. Also, all refunds will be deducted with handling and shipping fees incurred on the transaction.

Caparal.com offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon Caparal.com’s acceptance of a valid return of the item.

Caparal.com reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. Caparal.com will not provide you a refund for certain goods which by nature cannot be returned. Such items include items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (i.e. mattresses, bedding, personal grooming products, and etc.).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Deliveries within the Philippines will be managed by caparal.com or its affiliated parties within their delivery network. The products will be delivered to the specified address in your order. Shipping and packaging charges will be outlined in the order. Typically, orders are dispatched on the third day post-acceptance and have the following estimated delivery lead times:

5 - 10 working days Metro Manila and Mega Manila Area (CALABARZON)

Upon delivery, the cardholder must present:

Confirmation letter
Valid ID with a photo and signature (Refer to this link for acceptable valid IDs)

In the absence of the cardholder, an authorized representative may receive the product if the following are provided:

a) Confirmation letter
Signed authorization letter from the cardholder
Clear copies of the cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature
Clear copies of the representative’s valid ID with photo and signature

Strictly adhere to the delivery guidelines mentioned above as products will not be released without the confirmation letter, valid ID of the cardholder, signed authorization letter, if applicable, and copies of the representative’s valid ID, if applicable. Caparal will not be liable for non-delivery of products due to circumstances beyond its control, including:

Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
Incomplete or incorrect address.

Caparal reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees after the initial unsuccessful delivery due to receiver unavailability. Caparal will await advice from the customer/cardholder before proceeding with the delivery. If delivery fails on the third attempt, the transaction will be terminated, and delivery fees and other payments made will be forfeited.

You understand that product delivery is subject to availability and, despite regular updates on stock information, instances of unavailability may occur between updates. Estimated delivery timeframes are just estimates, and delays can happen. In case of a delay, caparal.com will notify you via email and dispatch the product when available. Delivery timeframes are not critical, and caparal.com (or its affiliates) will not be liable for any delivery delays. If you do not receive the product by the projected delivery date and inform caparal.com within 3 days, caparal.com will try to locate and deliver the product. Failure to notify within this period will assume you received the product, subject to your rights under Philippine law.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Caparal.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:

Force majeure, including natural disasters, calamities, or adverse weather conditions, and labor strikes.
Circumstances beyond the merchant's control, such as out-of-stock items, system errors, disputes in item details, incorrect images, inaccurate promotions, pricing errors, among others.
In case of system errors, orders may be automatically canceled, and refunds will be processed within 5-14 working days.
Non-compliance with order requirements.

Should your order be canceled for any reason, you will receive notification via email from Caparal.com Shop Online. A Caparal.com Shop Online representative will assist in a full refund for any payments made to Caparal.com. In case of a dispute, the company's decision will be final. All purchases are subject to Caparal's terms and conditions. To cancel an order:

Log in to your Caparal.com account.
Track your order status. Orders in transit for delivery cannot be canceled.
Click 'Cancel Your Order.' A confirmation from your Caparal.com account will indicate a successful cancellation. However, delivery fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

Caparal.com reserves the right to stop products in transit, suspend further deliveries, and terminate customer contracts if the product becomes unavailable for any reason after written notice to the customer.

RISK OF LOSS

At the time of delivery, the risk of loss and/or damage to the products is transferred to you. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon Caparal receiving full payment, including delivery charges.
